Town Title is committed to giving back. Our goal is to continuously build up the character of our team as we also build up the communities we serve.

The Town Title Foundation was created with the goal of assisting the local communities we serve, including but not limited to providing financial support to the local healthcare community, whose stellar reputations are defined by the life-changing work they do, as well as supporting local small businesses, organizations, and educational systems.

At the heart of the Foundation and our #TownTitleGivesBack initiative is our Annual Golf Outing, which, to date, has raised more than $700,000 to support 100+ clinical trials and two groundbreaking lab research programs for Tackle Kids Cancer; to back the Inserra Family Diabetes Institute, which is focused on finding a cure for type 1 diabetes mellitus; and to help fund the addiction and behavioral health services offered by the Caryl and Jim Kourgelis Fund for the Center for Behavioral Health and Medicine.

Tackle Kids Cancer

Tackle Kids Cancer is a philanthropic initiative to raise money for pediatric cancer research and patient care programs occurring at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital and K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital. Donations made to Tackle Kids Cancer directly benefit the essential clinical care, unique support services and groundbreaking cancer research needed to find a cure.

Caryl and Jim Kourgelis Foundation for Behavioral Health

The Caryl and Jim Kourgelis Foundation for Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole person support to ensure that every affected individual has access to personalized care. A key goal is to create an integrative rehabilitation center in Bergen County to provide hope and healing for those in need.

Inserra Diabetes Research Institute

The Inserra Diabetes Research Institute – which formally integrates Hackensack University Medical Center’s recognized diabetes care and education programs and promotes research, education and training and community outreach – strives to improve the lives of people of all ages living with diabetes, both now and in the future.
